Frequently asked questions
Can one member join many groups?
Yes. Each group has its own ticket number and account. The member page shows all tickets and the total due.
What if someone pays only part of the amount?
The amount is adjusted against the oldest month first; the rest shows as pending.
What if a receipt was entered by mistake?
The owner can cancel it with a reason. Cancelled receipts stay in the records — nobody can delete them.
Do members need a separate app?
No. With their mobile number and password they can open their account in the phone browser.
Is there a limit on the auction discount?
Up to 40% of the chit value, and not less than the commission. The software checks this automatically.
What about places without internet?
Internet is needed to save a payment. Normal mobile data is enough.
